Boaters For A Brighter Future is a non-connected "independent expenditure only" political committee (commonly referred to as a "Super PAC") as registered with the Federal Election Commission is exempt from federal taxation under section 527 of the Internal Revenue Code.

All spending is independent.  We do not make contributions to, or coordinate spending with, any candidates or political parties.

Boaters For A Brighter Future may accept unlimited contributions from any source, including individuals, political committees, corporations, and labor organizations, but may not accept contributions from foreign nationals (except individuals who are not citizens of the United States but who are lawfully admitted for permanent residence) or federal contractors. Contributions from foreign nationals and federal contractors are prohibited.

Contributions or gifts to Boaters For A Brighter Future are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. All contributions received are required to be publicly disclosed to the Federal Election Commission (FEC). Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

By making a contribution to Boaters For A Brighter Future, you certify that the following statements are true and accurate:

1. This contribution is made from your personal funds and funds are not being provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution, nor will this contribution be reimbursed by another person or entity.

2. You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident at least 18 years of age or this contribution is from a U.S. chartered corporation or other business entity.

3. You are not a federal contractor.
